Lucas Aguirre is a main character in Glee: The Next Generation. He sort of plays a similar role to that of Season 1 Kurt Hummel in the fan fiction. He made his debut in the first episode, "For Your Entertainment."
Lucas made his debut in "For Your Entertainment." Despite being compared to Kurt Hummel, he is bisexual. Also unlike Kurt, he is not a member of the core six members of New Directions. Although Lucas made his debut in episode 1, he did not join Glee Club until episode 2, "Proud." Lucas does not audition for New Directions. Instead, like Finn Hudson and Sam Evans, he is discovered and convinced to join.
Lucas was a closeted bisexual, but is now open about his sexuality and dated Evan Marx, one of his close friends straight from the beginning of the first season, however, he and Evan broke up after he caught him and a Dalton Academy Warbler, Claude Montague kissing at Prom. He is now currently dating Honey Berry.

Lucas is fairly shy and reserved and tends to shy away from the spotlight in New Directions. He tends to be a little sheltered and fragile. His gay bashing at the hands of Chad Riker-Smith made this more prominent. Due to be outed by Azimio and having his best friend abandon and betray him, he has trust issues as well. He tends to crush on people, usually the wrong ones, however his crush on Evan was different. He seems to be really supportive and was one of a few people who stuck by Evan during his villain phase.
